The Municipal Chief Assembly, Hon. Godfred Dapaa, attended the Municipal Prayer and Thanksgiving Service at Victory Presby in Nkoranza on July 1, 2026, together with religious leaders, traditional authorities, and locals.
The service, which had as its topic “Resetting Our Values to Build the Ghana We Want,” brought together participants from a variety of sectors to pray for the country and consider the common principles that must propel Ghana’s progress.
Speaking to the assembly, the Municipal Chief Assembly underlined that Ghana’s advancement rests not only on its human and natural resources but also on the ideals that its people uphold.
He urged Ghanaians to reaffirm their commitment to honesty, self-control, diligence, patriotism, and responsibility, emphasizing that these values are critical to creating a more powerful and affluent country.
Additionally, the Municipal Chief Assembly thanked everyone for attending and contributing to the somber and motivational ceremony.
He ended by praying for long-lasting peace, harmony, and prosperity as well as for God’s continuous blessings on Ghana and the Assembly
