Hon. Diana Attaa Kusiwaa, the Municipal Chief Executive of the Nkoranza South Municipal Assembly on behalf of the President has presented 180 dual desks to the Nkoranza South Education Directorate which 90 is for lower primary and another 90 for the upper primary. This presentation was done in March 2021. The MCE said the major challenge facing most of the schools in the municipality is lack of furniture especially chairs of which the assembly has done its part to solve some of the problems but not all.
The MCE indicated that, the new chairs received from GETFUND will lessen the burden of chairs facing most of the schools in the municipality. She advised the headmasters and teachers who received chairs to take very good care of them, that is, to help prolong its life span and also cultivate the maintenance culture habit.
